How is this different to the IBS Accelerator program?

The Low FODMAP FastTrack focuses on 3 phases of the low FODMAP diet to alleviate your IBS symptoms. The self-paced program gives you video lesson guidance and plenty of resources to assist you progress through each phase of the low FODMAP diet. And you’ve got 12 months access to work your way through it.
